Appellate Mediate Program

As documented in Administrative order: O2-1 Appellate Mediation

"By the affirmative vote of a majority of the judges of this court and as necessitated by recent severe

budgetary constraints, the First District Court of Appeal appellate mediation program as provided for in

Administrative Order 96-3 dated June 14, 1996, is abolished effective January 1, 2002. Those portions

of Administrative Order 96-3 dealing with appellate mediation are rescinded effective January 1, 2002."
