BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

Administrative Orders 94-1 dated October 3, 1994, and 96-4 dated December 19, 1996, governing oral argument before this court using video teleconferencing network is amended to add in paragraph 1 remote cite transmission capabilities from facilities at the Second District Court of Appeal in Tampa, the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, the First Judicial Circuit Court in and for Escambia County in Pensacola, and the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County in Jacksonville, Florida.

Witness the Honorable Edward T. Barfield, Chief Judge of the District Court of Appeal, First District, and the Seal of said Court, at Tallahassee, Florida, this 19th day of October, 1999.
