The First District Court of
Appeal offers audio and video of oral arguments from January 2004 to the
present. Additionally, live video is streamed from our courtroom
when oral arguments are presented. Audio and video archive of
oral arguments is generally made available within 24 hours of when the oral
argument was held.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a limit to the number of video connections this site can serve.
Especially during higher profile cases it may be difficult to connect to the
live video stream. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may
cause. However, the oral argument video will be made available
in the archive usually within 24-48 hours and can be viewed at your
convenience.
