The First District Court of Appeal offers
multimedia on its website in the Microsoft Windows Media Services 9 format.
This format requires the use of the Windows Media Player (or compatible) for
proper access. Microsoft offers free downloads of the player at
its website (linked below):
Live Video is viewable with connection speeds from 56k modem upwards.
Archived Video is encoded using a 100k stream - it is recommended that a
DSL or Cable Connection or faster be used to view these video files.
Archived Audio (audio only versions of the archived OA's) are viewable
with 56k modem upwards.
