Courthouse Location and Parking
The new courthouse of the First District Court of Appeal is located at 2000 Drayton Drive on the southeast side of Tallahassee approximately 6 miles from downtown.
TRAVELING WEST ON I-10 (From Jacksonville or South Florida): Take Exit 209a west on Hwy 90 (Mahan Drive/Tennessee St). After 4.8 miles turn left onto FL-261 S/US-319 S/Capital Cir NE. Continue on Capital Circle for 4.6 miles to turn left at Drayton Dr. Drayton Dr is the first available left turn after you cross through the light at Blairstone Rd.
TRAVELING EAST ON I-10(From Pensacola): Take the third Tallahassee exit, which is exit 199 and exit south on Monroe Street. Traveling south on Monroe Street, 3.7 miles, to Apalachee Parkway, turn left. Take Apalachee 3.3 miles and then turn right onto FL-261 S/US-319 S/Capital Cir SE. Take Capital Circle South for 2.4 miles then turn left at Drayton Dr. Drayton Dr is the first available left turn after you cross through the light at Blairstone Rd.
FROM THE AIRPORT: Upon leaving the Tallahassee Regional Airport, after going through the toll booth, turn right onto Capital Circle Southwest follow Capital Circle around Tallahassee for 8.4 miles. Turn right onto Drayton Dr.
The court has a lot which provides free public parking for those visiting the court. This lot is accessible from the first court entrance driveway off of Drayton Drive (when traveling from Capital Circle.)
